	Ron Grimm, Jr. is entering his 25^th year as president and owner of Grimm Construction Corporation that specializes in commercial and industrial construction. He is responsible for establishing corporate policies and strategies for the growth of the company and maintaining high levels of quality, safety and service. He directs financials, personnel and all other administrative functions for all his companies including day-to-day operation of all project management.
	Mr. Grimm is President/Broker of his real estate division, Keller & Grimm Real Estate Group, Inc. that specializes in commercial and industrial real estate purchase and leasing transactions. He owns and operates Harbor Towne Office Complex an 110,000-square foot multi-use facility that houses office and warehouse space as well as a mini storage facility.
	Mr. Grimm received his Bachelors degree in Finance and Management from Canisus College and his Real Property Administrator certification in 1992.
	Ron is a licensed instrument rated pilot and a member of The Aero Club of Buffalo, the oldest aviation club in the United States.
	Mr. Grimm and his wife Susan reside in Clarence, NY and have three teenagers.
