	Mr. Paolini has over four decades of experience in the building industry. Mainly active from the supplier's segment as a manufacturer/distributor of building components, he has overseen the construction of several single family homes and other structures of commercial value.
	Ray is a graduate of St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute and the University of Buffalo where he played football on 2 championship teams and is a member of The UB Hall of Fame. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration. Mr. Paolini is an active member of UB's alumni Association.

Ray and his wife Chirsta reside in Williamsville, NY. Ray is the proud father of two grown sons and grandfather of four grandchildren, soon to be five.
