Cardinal Construction Management Corp., a division of Grimm Construction Corp. was established in 2000. We are a construction management group servicing the Northeast, covering the following states: Michigan, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania to name a few. Cardinal specializes in civil construction of high tech switch rooms, starting with initial site visits and conceptual budgets for a complete design of the switch room. Incorporated with our expertise is development of the emergency back-up generator to the environmental controls and fire & safety issues.
