	Ms. Hergott has an A.O.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Margaret brings her extensive experience and knowledge with her to enhance the corporation's financial controls. She is a Notary Public with the State of New York.
	As Controller she is responsible for the daily supervision of clerical personnel engaged in maintenance of accounts payable, data processing, accounts receivable/credit, payroll, human resources, loss prevention and other general accounting records. Margaret also meets with Mr. Grimm on a weekly basis for review of the computerized daily job costing of all projects.
	As Treasurer, Ms. Hergott's responsibilities include all areas of financial accounting, from trial balance to income statements and preparation of Federal and State Taxes.
	Ms. Hergott oversees financials for the following companies: Grimm Construction Corp., Cardinal Construction Management, Keller & Grimm Real Estate Group, Inc., Federal Storage, Johnson & Grimm Development and Marauder Enterprises.
